* I intend to pursue a career in early childhood education.
* I am applying to the Next Door Pathways Program.
* I understand that applying does not guarantee acceptance in the program or the program of my choice.
* Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) offers all classes.
* I understand that, if accepted, I must also enroll at MATC.
* All MATC tuition and fees are costs covered by the Next Door Pathways Program.
* All MATC credits earned during the program will permanently be my credits earned. They do not belong to the Next Door Pathways Program.
* I understand that I must be employed by Next Door throughout the entirety of each class.
* I understand that I should continue my employment, in good standing, with Next Door or a Child Care Partner after I have completed the program.
* Next Door is the sponsor of the program and by participating in the Pathways Program I am a representative of Next Door.
